Mee Kola (មីកូឡា)

Mee kola is the the ethic food of Cambodian people who live Northwest of Cambodia. It is original in from  Kola people who are mostly live in Pailin, the city near Thailand's border. 

Mee kola is served at every meal time - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Mee kola basically made from rice noodles marinated with dark soy sauce. Marinated noodles then are steamed to cook. For serving, hard/soft boiled egg is required, roasted peanut, and pickle made from cucumber, carrot, and shredded papaya. The juice from pickle is used for the sauce for Mee Kola. It is simple and delicious food from Cambodia. 

Ingredients
-For noodles: rice noodles, dark soy sauce
-Pickle: slice cucumber longitudinal, shredded carrot, shredded papaya, sugar, rice vinegar, salt, and garlic
-Toping: hard/soft boiled egg, ground roasted peanut,  ground dried shrimp.
